The contractor company Tscherning now presents a revenue growth of 12.9% in Tscherning A/S and 28.3% in the Tscherning Group, which i.a. is driven by a higher demand for sustainable solutions.

RECORD TURNOVER AND STABLE GROWTH

Tscherning's boards have just approved the annual reports for 2021/2022, where the company once again sets record with the best result in the company's history.

From the previous financial year, Tscherning Gruppen's revenue has increased by 28.3% from DKK 518.9 million to DKK 666.1 million. At the same time, the main company og the Group, Tscherning A/S, presents a turnover which from the previous financial year has increased by 12.9% from DKK 434.1 to DKK 490.0 million. and a result before tax, which has increased from DKK 14.2 million to DKK 20.6 million.

PREFERS SUSTAINABLE SOLUTIONS

CEO Søren Tscherning states that both he and the boards are very satisfied with the result. It proves that the company is at a high level, which is the ambition both now and in the future. "The market for demolition and construction has generally been growing during the past year, which i.a. is due to the Corona pandemic, which created a regular boom in the construction industry. At the same time, the developers are focusing even more on circular economy, and therefore they often prioritize a partner who can vouch for a more sustainable process. This has resulted in Tscherning winning several large projects during the past year", says Søren Tscherning.

FORWARD IN AN UNCERTAIN MARKET

"Looking forward, we are entering a year with more uncertainty, because of the municipalities' construction ceiling, the war in Ukraine and the great inflation, which affects both prices and interest rates in an upward direction", says the director, who is, however, optimistic in relation to the challenges on the market. "It's all about balance - not just about progress and survival. And the balance between running a profitable business and thinking about sustainability has placed us highly among customers and business partners. For many years, this balance has helped us ensuring a solid, financial foundation, and enabled us to think ahead despite an uncertain market", concludes Søren Tscherning.
